A seating area on the balcony and a circular sun bed that converts into a circular seating area with central table on the roof terrace that leads off the mezzanine bedroom. The Villa has its own private swimming pool which can be heated in the cooler months and poolside sun loungers making it a comfortable area to sit or sunbathe.   The property is 20 minutes walking distance to the Vilamoura Marina and a bus stops at the end of the cul-de-sac so a car is not necessary.  It is also walking distance to the Tennis academy for those seeking lessons or just some tennis court time.  There are endless attractions in Vilamoura, not only the numerous golf courses, mini golf and beaches but many others. It is a great place for those who enjoy their exercise as workout benches are provided for those who enjoy such activities along the main avenue in Vilamoura.of
